We spent 15 years on the factory floor refining the Aqua Ultraviolet lamp. It wasn’t some flashy experiment. We took a behind-the-scenes component and turned it into a tool that holds its own on the front lines. Our goal was straightforward: build a UV lamp that meets international quality standards, period. No cutting corners.
What it packs under the hood
The Aqua lamp is a high-output quartz halogen heater, built for jobs where the heat has to show up and show out. It runs on a 400V input and delivers 2500W of focused power, all packed into a 300mm frame. This isn’t about gently warming a room. It’s about rapid, targeted heat transfer. That voltage spec keeps performance stable even in industrial power setups, so you don’t lose punch over long wire runs. And the size? 300mm long, 10mm across. It slips into tight spots without asking you to redesign your whole rig.
The guts that earn their keep
We built the tube out of heavy-duty quartz glass. It takes the shock of switching on instantly, and it shrugs off the chemical stress from halogen gas cycles. Inside, the halogen fill does its job quietly: it keeps the filament from evaporating, which means longer life and fewer unplanned stops on the line. And that R7s bi-pin connector? We chose it on purpose. It gives you a solid, two-point connection that locks in place. No arcing. No wiggle. It just works. Swapping one in feels like dropping in a replacement that was always meant to be there.
Built for the shop floor, not the whiteboard
This lamp was born for industrial heating, where speed and reliability aren’t optional. The high heat density helps you hit target temperatures fast, so cycle times tighten up.
