The key is matching spectral output to the photoinitiator package: 365 nm for deep through-cure, 385 nm for surface cure and pigmented systems, and 405 nm for cationic chemistry. Peak irradiance tops 12 W/cm², putting 1000–3000 mJ/cm² on the bond line in one pass. High-purity quartz sleeves and dichroic-coated reflectors shape the beam and keep output where it needs to be, while ozone-free operation keeps the line clean.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
