Ozone-free operation takes the ventilation burden off the line and cuts down respiratory exposure. Meanwhile, the retained UVC and UVA output keeps cure depth and surface cure where they need to be on coated stocks, foils, and plastics. The payoff is controlled dot gain, consistent adhesion, and line speeds that don’t get throttled.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;What to check before you swap in&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Installation comes down to matching lamp geometry, arc length, and base connectors to the reflector and ballast you already have. Confirm ignition voltage and cooling airflow — if airflow is light, the quartz life &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;drops&lt;/a&gt; and the spectral balance drifts.
