It’s a complete, ready-to-run UV lamp module—designed to drop straight in and get to work in the toughest production environments.
Let’s talk power, voltage, and fit
The heart of it is that 80W/cm power density. In real life, that means curing speed. You get the photon punch needed to fully set inks and coatings at line speeds that 40W/cm or 60W/cm lamps just can’t touch. To hit that output, it runs on a 400V input. That voltage is chosen to drive the arc inside the quartz tube cleanly—keeping electrical losses low and the output steady. And the length? It’s sized to match standard curing chambers, so it fits without forcing you to re-engineer your equipment.
What it’s made of—and why it matters
The tube itself is high-purity quartz, built to take the heat and the UV intensity without flinching. We also add a specialized coating on the quartz. It shapes the spectrum so you get maximum UVA and UVB—exactly what you need for curing—while blocking the wavelengths that create ozone. For the electrical side, we use a tough R7s connector. That bi-pin design gives you a solid, low-resistance connection that handles high voltage without arcing or overheating, even after thousands of heat cycles.
What it does for you on the floor
Out in the real world, this setup is built to hold up under pressure. It can take the daily grind of the production floor.
